Section 8 in Andhra Pradesh Land Licensed Cultivators Act, 2011
8. Act to override other laws:
- The provisions of this Act, shall have effect notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any other law for the time being in force, except the Andhra Pradesh Scheduled Areas Land Transfer Regulation, 1959 (Regulation No. 1 of 1959).
