Section 25 in Sikkim Co-Operative Societies Act, 1978
25. Member not to exercise rights till due payment made.
- No member of a society shall exercise the rights the member unless he has made such payments to in respect of membership or has acquired such interest in the society, as may be specified in the bye-laws.
