ORDER
07.10.2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. The petitioners are aggrieved of the decision made by respondent No. 2 in rejecting their claim for renewal and extension of affiliation and recognition with the J&K State Board of School Education.
Notice.
On asking Mr. M. A. Chashoo, learned AAG and Mr. M. I. Dar, Advocate enter appearance and accept notice on behalf of the respondents.
Reply be filed by next date of hearing. In the meantime, the order impugned made by respondent No. 2 shall not be given effect to till next date of hearing. Resultantly, the petitioners shall be entitled to all the benefits in tune with the affiliation.
