Section 3(1) in The Punjab State Council for Agricultural Education Act, 2017
(1)The Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, constitute a Council to be known as the Punjab State Council for Agricultural Education to exercise the powers conferred upon and perform the functions assigned to it under this Act.
