154. List of members of the Legislative Assembly to be maintained by the Returning Officer.
(1)The Returning Officer for an election by the members of the Legislative Assembly to fill a seat or seats in the Legislative council shall, for the purposes of such election, maintain in his office in the prescribed manner and form a list of members of the Legislative Assembly.(2)Copies of the list referred to in sub-section (1) shall be made available for sale.
