53. Intimation to financiers.
[Section 5(10)]. - Intimation regarding any entry in the certificate of registration, as required under sub-sections (10) and (11) of Sections 51 of the Act shall be made to the financier in Form HR No. 20 by the registering authority immediately on the date of such entry being made.
