Section 1 in The Delhi Development Authority (Management And Disposal Of Housing Estates) Regulations, 1968
1. Short title, application and commencement.
- -(1) These regulations may be called the Delhi Development Authority (Management and Disposal of Housing Estates) Regulations, 1968.(2)These regulations shall apply to those schemes in which built up properties are to disposed of by way of sale or hire-purchase.(3)These regulations shall come into force immediately on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
