Section 26A(1) in Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utpadan Mandi Adhiniyam, 1964
(1)The State Government shall by notification in the Gazette, and with effect from a date to be specified therein, constitute a Board by the name of the State Agricultural Produce Market Board with its head office at Lucknow.
