Section 11(a) in Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Tamil Nadu, Employees Conduct Statutes
(a)No employee shall accept or permit any member of his family or an person acting on his behalf of accept any gift except gifts of a value not exceeding Rs. 400 (rupees four hundred only).
