3. Establishment of the Council.
(1)The State Government shall, by notification in the Official Gazette, establish a Council to be called the West Bengal Veterinary Council.(2)The Council shall be a body corporate, with power to acquire, hold and transfer property, movable or immovable, and shall have perpetual succession and a common seal, and shall, by the said name, sue and be sued.
