Section 16(2) in Goa Computerised Network Lottery Rules, 2003
(2)If the genuineness of the ticket referred to the laboratory is not established and the report indicates any tampering, super imposing, altering of numbers or erasing, etc. the claim shall be rejected and the claimant shall be liable for prosecution.
