Section 14(a) in The U.P. Antarim Zila Parishad Act, 1958
(a)all expenditure incurred in connection with the meetings of the Antarim Zila Parishad and in the performance of its functions under this Act or any other law for the time being in force shall be charged on and paid out of the funds of the District Board; and
