Section 10(2) in Orissa School Education (Community Participations) Rules, 2000
(2)In the event of death or transfer of residence of guardian members from the local area of the school or a guardian member ceasing to be student guardian for his/her child/children ward(s) leaving the school or otherwise his/her membership shall cease.
