Section 3(1) in Himachal Pradesh Infrastructure Develoment Act, 2001
(1)As soon as may be after the commencement of this Act, the Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, establish a Board to be called the Himachal Pradesh Infrastructure Development Board with effect from such date as may be specified in the notification.
