Order No. 03 / Dated: 9th August, 2023 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The instant appeal is under Section 21 of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 directed against the order dated 28.03.2023 passed by the Court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Lohardaga, in Special NIA Case No. 03/ 2023, whereby and whereunder, the prayer for regular bail in connection with Senha P.S. Case No. 50 of 2011, corresponding to G.R. No. 229 of 2011, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 326, 353, 427, 120B and 324 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act, Section 3/ 4 of the Explosive Substance Act, Section 17 of the Criminal Amendment Act and Sections 16,18 and 20 of the U.A.P. Act has been rejected.

The matter was heard by this Court on 14th July, 2023 and while calling upon the case diary the status report of the concerned case was called for.

The status report has been brought on record by way of Flag-X, where from it is evident that the prosecution has closed its evidence and now the case is under the stage of recording the statement under Section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Cr. Appeal (D.B.) No. 632 of 2023 -2- Considering the fact that the trial is at the verge of conclusion, this Court is of the view that no interference is required in the impugned order.

Accordingly, the instant appeal is dismissed. However, the learned Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
