Section 8(1) in Punjab Regulation of Wood Based Industries Rules, 2019
(1)Any person or Wood Based Industry seeking a licence under these rules, shall make an application in Form-I to the Deputy Commissioner of the concerned District alongwith a copy to the General Manager, District Industry Centre (DIC) for No Objection Certificate and a copy to the concerned Divisional Forest Officer, specifying that the applicant wants a license.
