Section 13(1)(iii) in The U.P. Resin and other Forest Produce (Regulation of Trade) Act, 1976

(iii)seize resin or resin product in respect of which he suspects that any provisions of this Chapter or the rules made thereunder has been, is being or is about to be contravened alongwith the receptacle containing or carrying such resin.
