Issue notice of writ & stay petition to respondents as to why the petition may not be finally disposed of at admission stage. Notices may be given Dasti, if desired. In pursuance whereof, One set of paper book of the petition may be supplied to Shri SN Kumawat, AAG, appearing in cognate cases on behalf of respondents. A receipt whereof be filed in the Registry.
