Section 28 in The U.P. Forests Corporation Act, 1974
28. Protection for action taken in good faith.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the State Government or the Corporation or the Chairman or the Managing Director or any other member thereof or any employee of the State Government or the Corporation for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or any rule made thereunder.
