Section 3(i) in Orissa State Financial Corporation (Staff) Regulations, 1975
(i)"Personal pay" means an additional pay granted to an employee-(i)to save him/her from a loss of substantive pay in respect of a permanent post due to revision of pay or to any reduction of such substantive pay otherwise than as a disciplinary measure; or(ii)in exceptional circumstances, or other personal considerations.
