Section 2(1) in Veterinary Council Of India Regulation, 1991
(1)In these regulations, unless the context' otherwise requires,-(a)'Act' means the Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984 (52 of 1984);(b)'Executive Committee' means the Executive Committee constituted under subsection (1) of section 12 of the Act;(c)'Inspector', means veterinary inspector appointed under sub-section (1) of section 19 of the act;(d)'President' means the President of, Veterinary Council of India elected under sub-section (4) of section 3 of the Act;(e)'Secondary' means the Secretary of the Veterinary Council of India appointed under sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Act;(f)'Visitor', means a visitor appointed wider sub-section (1) of section 20 of the Act.
