49. Sub-Divisional Officers' diaries.
- Sub-Divisional Officers will in like manner submit diaries to the Collector, who will return them after perusal with his notes, unless he considers it necessary to submit them for the information of the Commissioner. These diaries should enter somewhat more into detail than those submitted by the Collectors and should contain in addition to the points noted in the Rule 46 above, references to minor local institutions such as cattle pounds, ferries, village roads, and the like.
