Section 12 in The Gujarat Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1963
12. Resignation of members.
- Any member of a market committee may in the prescribed manner resign his office by tendering his resignation to the market committee, and the resignation shall take effect on the date on which it is accepted by the Director or on the expiry of sixty days from the date of tendering the resignation, whichever even occurs earlier.
