Section 7(3) in Rajasthan Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2006
(3)An authorized officer may for the purposes of these rules, require a mine owner or I dealer to produce before him any accounts, registers and other documents and to furnish any other information relating to mining operations or business related to minerals.
