Section 8(1) in The U.P. Public Services (Reservation For Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes And Other Backward Classes) Act, 1994
(1)The State Government may, in favour of the categories of persons mentioned in sub-section (1) of Section 3, by order, grant such concessions in respect of fees for any competitive examination or interview, and relaxation in upper age limit, as it may consider necessary.
