Section 3(s) in Arunachal Armed Police Act, 1993

(s)"Superior Officer" in relation to any member of the Armed Police, means-

(i)any officer of a rank which is higher than that of such member; and

(ii)a Commandant, Deputy Commandant or Assistant Commandant;
