Section 6A in Tamil Nadu Legislator's Pension Rules, 1977
6A. Indemnity bond by the bank.
- The Bank shall execute an indemnity bond in favour of the Governor of Tamil Nadu to indemnify the Government from and against any loss or damage suffered or incurred for crediting the pension to a wrong account or after the demise of a pensioner.
