(1)Test certificate in form-F has to be signed by the supervisor under whose supervision the work has been carried out. has tested the installation and found the work satisfactory and of good quality. It shall be countersigned by the licenced contractor who has employed such supervisor. Without which contractor shall not issue completion certificate for any work to the supplier or consumer or owner or occupier.
