Section 110(a) in The Bihar (Coal Mining) Area Development Authority Act, 1986
(a)obstructs, interfere or misbehave any person engaged or employed by the Authority or any person with whom the Authority has entered into a contract, in the performance or execution by such person of his duty or of anything such he is empowered or required to do under this Act, or
