97. Penalty for contravention of sections 27, 28, 29 and 30.
(1)Whoever contravenes any order made under section 27 or section 28 or section 29, or fails to comply with any condition imposed under section 30, shall be punishable with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees.(2)Whoever, after having been convicted of an offence under sub-section (1), continues to contravene the said order or neglect to comply with the said condition shall, on conviction, be punishable, for each day after the previous date of conviction during which he continues so to, with fine which shall not be less than one hundred rupees and not more than two hundred rupees.
