Section 1 in Maharashtra Media Persons and Media Institutions (Prevention of Violence and Damage or Loss to Property) Act, 2017
1. Short title and extent.
(1)This Act may be called the Maharashtra Media Persons and Media Institutions (Prevention of Violence and Damage or Loss to Property) Act, 2017.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Maharashtra.
