Section 23(b) in Chhattisgarh Private Universities (Establishment and Operation) Rules, 2005
(b)The Regulatory Commission shall, as soon as may by after closing its Annual Account, prepare as statement of account in such form and by such date as the Regulatory Commission may determine.
