Section 23 in Karnataka Ground Water (Regulation and Control of Development and Management) Act, 2011
23. Delegation of power and duties.
- The Authority may, by general or special order and subject to such restrictions and conditions direct that all or any of the powers under this Act to be exercised also by any of its officers and servants or such other officer specified in this behalf in such order.
