Section 31(1) in Jharkhand Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 2000
(1)Every contract required to be entered into by the Market Committee shall be in writing and signed on behalf of the Market Committee by its Chairman and [Vice-Chairman and Secretary] [Substituted by Act 60 of 1982.] of the Committee.
