(2)Any notice of prohibition under sub-section (1), shall, if such prohibition applies to any particular public street, be pasted in conspicuous places at or near the both ends of such public street or any portion thereof to which such prohibition applies or, if such prohibition applies generally to all public streets, be advertised.
