UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
It has been submitted at the Bar that on the subject matter of the present petition, the following 13 writ petitions are pending in the Delhi High Court :-

12. Writ Petition (C)3140 of 2013
13. Writ Petition (C)3126 of 2013 We are of the view that since the above petitions are pending before the Delhi High Court, this Court should not entertain this Special Leave Petition at this stage.
Accordingly, without going into the merits of the case, the Special Leave Petition is dismissed.
It would be open to the petitioners to make suitable amendment and ask for further relief in the aforesaid petitions, if they think it proper.
We are sure that the Delhi High Court shall dispose of the above petitions at an early date, preferably within six months from today, without giving undue adjournments to either of the parties and the learned counsel appearing before the High Court shall cooperate for speedy disposal of these petitions.
