Section 654(e) in Rules under the United Provinces Excise Act, 1910
(e)The licence fee for F.L. 6 Composite, F.L. 6-A Composite, F.L. 7 and | F.L. 7-B specified in clauses (b), (c) and (d) shall be paid in advance and shall be for one excise year or part thereof.
