Section 1 in Sri Malai Mahadeswaraswamy Kshethra Development Authority Act, 2013
1. Short title, extent and commencement.-
(1)This Act may be called Sri MalaiMahadeswaraswamyKshethra Development Authority Act, 2013.(2)It extends to the area of Sri MalaiMahadeswaraswamyKshetra as defined in clause (f) of section 2.(3)It shall come into force from such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of the Act.
