Section 25(1) in The West Bengal University of Animal and Fishery Sciences Act, 1995
(1)No act or proceedings of any authority or body of the University shall be invalid merely by reason of the existence of any vacancy among its members or by reason of any person having taken part in the proceedings who is subsequently found not to have been entitled to do so.
