7. Membership roll.
(1)The Member-Secretary shall keep a record of names of the Members and their addresses.(2)If a Member changes his address, he shall notify the new address to the Member-Secretary, who shall thereupon enter his new address, in the official records, and if he fails to notify his new address, the address as in the official records shall for all purposes be treated as his correct address.
