Section 16(ii) in Telangana Heritage (Protection, Preservation, Conservation and Maintenance) Act, 2017
(ii)formulate polices, issue guidelines for the purpose of compensating and incentivizing individuals, institutions, local bodies and other legal persons for establishment and maintenance of private museum which will have positive impact on the heritage of Telangana.
