76A. Definition.
- In this Chapter, "Development Authorities" means,-(i)Town and Country Development Authority;(ii)Special Area Development Authority; and(iii)Improvement Trust constituted under Section 4 of the Madhya Pradesh Town improvement Trust Act, 1960 (No. 14 of 1961).
