(33)"financing bank" include State Co-operative Bank, a central Co-operative Bank, State Co-operative agricultural and rural development bank, a primary Co-operative Bank, State Bank of India, a nationalised Bank, a regional rural Bank or National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, the object of which is to create funds for lending money to the Co-operative societies or other institutions or both;
