Section 29(1) in The Orissa Self-Help Co-operatives Act, 2001
(1)The board may, at any time, call a general body meeting of the members of the Co-operative ;Provided that one such meeting known as annual general body meeting shall be held within one hundred and fifty days of the closure of the Cooperative's financial year to deal with the matters specified under Sub-section (1) of Section 28.
