72. Power of supervision of Zilla Panchayats over Gram Panchayats.

- A Zilla Panchayat shall exercise general powers of supervision of Gram Panchayat in the district and it shall be the duty of Gram Panchayat to bive effect of any direction of the Zilla Panchayat the matters of policy or planning for development.
