38. Repeal and Savings.
(1)The Rajasthan Sports (Registration, Recognition and Regulation of Associations) Ordinance, 2004 (Ordinance No. 6 of 2004) is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, all actions taken or orders made under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been taken or made under this Act.
