Section 1 in Uttarakhand Medical Council Act, 2002
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Uttarakhand Medical Council Act, 2002.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Uttarakhand.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force on 30th October, 2002.
