32. Confidential character rolls of clerks. - The head of each office shall maintain confidential character roll for each clerk in B. P. Form No. 3. The instructions for the maintenance etc., of the confidential report on police officers shall apply mutatis mutandis in the maintenance etc., of these character rolls.
