- The right of grazing on free pasturage lands shall extend only to the cattle of the village or villages to which such lands belong or have been assigned, and shall be regulated according to rules made by the State Government in this behalf. The Collector's decision in any case of dispute as to the right of grazing aforesaid shall, subject to one appeal only according to the provisions of this Code, be conclusive.
