Section 35(1)(f) in Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) (Revision-I) Regulations, 2016

(f)If any such report or information obtained as specified in sub-section (1) of section 94 of the Act or in these Regulations appears to the Commission to be insufficient or inadequate, the Commission or the Secretary or an Officer authorised for the purpose may give directions for further inquiry, report and furnishing of information; and
